Care World, in collaboration with Al-Hasanaat Foundation (UK), organized a winter kit distribution drive on December 19, 2024. The initiative aimed to support poor and needy individuals in the remote village of Thera, located in Block Chadoora, District Budgam, Jammu and Kashmir, INDIA
Understanding the harsh winter conditions in the region, the two organizations distributed essential winter kits, including blankets, to help families stay warm during the cold season. This humanitarian effort was focused on reaching marginalized communities in far-flung areas, often overlooked due to their remote locations.
The event witnessed the active participation of local volunteers and community members, who ensured the smooth distribution of the winter kits. The beneficiaries expressed heartfelt gratitude to both organizations for their timely support and kindness.
