This 10-day training course for Creche Workers is designed to give them the knowledge and skills to effectively manage a creche. This training course covers a comprehensive range of topics from basic child care, safety and hygiene, to nutrition, and play activities. Participants will learn how to create a safe, fun and stimulating environment for children and gain a better understanding of the importance of early childhood development. They will also explore a variety of strategies for communicating with parents and the community. Through interactive activities, discussions and role-plays, participants will gain the confidence and skills to handle any situation that may arise in a creche setting.This course will also provide an opportunity for networking and sharing best practices with other creche workers. At the end of the course, participants will be able to create and maintain a positive and productive creche environment.
